Event Timeline Manager ("the app", "we", "us") is a run-of-show tool for planning and running live event timelines. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and the choices you have. Panthera Labs operates the app.

Information we collect

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics, and the app contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

Data sharing

Your event content is visible only to you and to people you invite to that specific event. Invited members see the event's segments, contacts, and activity log according to their assigned role. We do not otherwise disclose your data except where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app ("Delete account"). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, the events you own, and their associated segments and membership records. This action cannot be undone.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and access is governed by per-user, per-event authorization rules enforced on the server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
